If you rent/lease out or sell real estate, this article offers useful insights into why intelligent use of Web Marketing will yield the best returns on your investment of time, effort and especially money, compared to ANY other medium. It is based on suggestions I made to a property marketer whose weekly Web-Address-Less advert I came across in a national daily.

My purpose here is to share my expertise in attracting – for you, at low to zero cost – serious minded people, who have the means to pay, to contact you about whatever it is you offer.

Note here that this message is directed primarily at persons who currently make exclusive use of mainly OFFLINE sales and marketing channels – most of which are PAID, and have short (typically 24 hour) shelf lives e.g. Newspapers, TV, Radio etc.

Do you want to make cost-effective use of your marketing/advertising funds, especially when trying to ATTRACT buyers or rent occupiers for a property?

In the real estate business, you typically you find yourself talking to so many enquirers, answering the same questions to each one, and sometimes taking them to inspect, with nothing to show for it at the end of the day.

They tell you they will be in touch, but for some reason never get back to you. And sometimes they want to go forward, but the PRICE they offer simply does NOT meet your lowest expectations, so you are forced to say NO.
