I’ve been doing audio to text transcriptions manually, for fun and for to showcase useful works by others as a public service for over five years now.

From recorded webinars, to pod cast and radio/TV talk shows to LIVE events and special interviews, it’s always been done with my trademark passion, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

Specific Details

This is a time, effort and cost-saving service designed to serve busy experts in various fields – including speakers, coaches, academics, authors/writers, researchers, journalists,

1. Send me your file. (NB: I email you a link to upload your files)

2. Choose your desired delivery date i.e. when you’d like the finished transcript delivered to you.

NB: You get a high quality transcript version of you audio or video file(s) with time stamps to help you review the transcript against the original audio source. The transcript can be provided as a simple text file or in MS Word or as Adobe PDF documents.

3. You can request a FREE re-review of the finished transcript in the rare event that the quality does not meet your requirements. It would be my pleasure to make needed changes to meet the agreed specifications.

4. Charge is $1 US dollar per audio minute. Not however that this is for audios with good audible quality recording devoid of disruptive background noise or interference. Otherwise a higher fee may be applicable to ensure desired finished work quality can be delivered.

5. Customization of the transcript to meet your needs can also be done. See examples of transcriptions I’ve done, to end up with formatted PDFs including head shots of speakers, instructions, bylines, bios, URL’s etc.

6. Where necessary I do detailed research into the subject/theme as well as word meanings and context, to ensure the right content ends up in the transcription Where doubts exists, I include distinct markers with time stamps to enable you review and cross check against the source audio.

7. Confidentiality: Everything you send to me remains 100% confidential. Except you instruct otherwise, access to it will NOT be granted to any other person(s)

If you order more up to 25 hours or more of audio transcription, you get a 10% discount.
