I’m excited. It’s been slow in coming. Over 10 years I’ve been working at it. But it’s happening now: Nigerian/African business owners (and those aspiring) in particular, are OPENING up to accept my guidance, towards doing what they do BETTER.

Like Burt Dubin would say, I HAVE CRACKED THE CODE. I know WHAT to Do and HOW to Do It!

I say this with regard to my chosen areas of focus e.g. Web Marketing Systems Development to generate pre qualified sales leads, Unique Strategies for Generating Passive Income Streams, Custom Excel-VB Software Development (and Training).

There was a time when people laughed me out of their office and/or pointedly ignored me when I reached out to tell them how I could help them.

Well, today, a growing number are paying attention. Many know that I’ve been around a while, and they noticed that each time they rediscovered me, it’s often been at a HIGHER level of progress from where they last saw me.

So, the natural human curiosity kicked in, and they came in closer to sniff and find out what made me tick.

Indeed, as I type this I am commencing the last mentioned project for two new clients. Both are CEOs, but they are worlds apart age wise. One is male, and almost. The other is female and much MUCH younger. They are also in vastly different lines of business. One is in agriculture, the other in manufacturing.

Yet the solution I offer promises to enable them both BOOST their business marketing reach and impact, in addition to enabling them generate NEW/PASSIVE income streams by monetizing what they know.

You see, these 2 CEOs have seen what I do, and know that I practise what I preach.

Being the true entrepreneurs that they are, they have grabbed my offer with both hands, and I WILL be going out of my way to DELIVER what I promised them.

Every now and then I get inquiries from visitors to my website about learning solutions I offer. Some are in paid employment, while others are either self-employment or hunting for jobs. Most assume I routinely run learning events – which I don’t.

What I offer are called On-Demand Learning events for individuals and groups i.e individuals and/or groups let me know which of my learning solutions they want, and I prepare/deliver it to them at an agreed date/time/venue

The 2 examples below are formal on-demand learning events that tend to interest/benefit majority of people who desire to earn PASSIVE income:

Generally, I have a DELIBERATE focus on DELIVERING learning solutions that SHOW people how to EARN more without needing to work MORE (or indeed while they sleep i.e. PASSIVE income!)

This is because I see too many people struggling with MONEY ISSUES despite their education, and/or employment – and I have suffered it too!

However, I always FIRST identify what EACH person is most passionate about, in order to recommend a specific learning path for him/her.

In order to do that, my question to the prospective attendee would be:

What is it that YOU want to do/be in life most passionately?

Have YOU identified a SPECIFIC purpose, based on a passion YOU have, that YOU would like to pursue?

In the Personal Success Achievement industry, we call it having a Magnificent Obsession (MO)…

My MO is creating a variety of solutions to help others do what they do better (Examples are the DVD learning products, Web marketing solutions, custom software etc that I constantly churn out)

I could also ask: what is it that YOU currently do, that YOU want to get better at?

Does what YOU want to do, or that YOU already do, yield the kind of income (and/or other benefits) YOU want, or is there room for improvement?

If it yields the kind of income (and/or other benefits) YOU want, does it give YOU the kind of FREEDOM YOU want, or are YOU often strained and stressed from doing it?

YOUR answers to the above would equip me to offer specific recommendations on Learning Solutions YOU can adopt from those I offer (or which I can prepare specifically for YOU)…

Once we have identified likely solutions, other questions would be:

How do YOU prefer to learn?

Some people like self-study tools.

Others like to attend LIVE events with the facilitator in front of them.

Over the past decade, I’ve discovered that I serve an audience of mainly busy people in DIFFERENT geographical locations – with VERY varied preferences.

So, I’ve learnt to offer flexible options.

Several times in the past, we’ve had to arrange private individual or small group sessions (with me coming from Cotonou to meet them in Lagos for a day) to accommodate different time/date preferences.

At a point they began asking for recorded DVD versions of my learning events.

That’s what led me to begin creating branded Audio and/or Video as well as Slideshow based learning resources (most delivered on DVD, some via my website).

Those requesting a LIVE learning event in which I would appear before them would have to get a minimum number of people booked, to make that happen.

Now, if after we’ve done the MO discovery successfully, YOU decide to take this further, and we are able to agree on a SPECIFIC learning solution(s) YOU may benefit from, YOU will have to choose from 3 options:

A. A home-study package (delivered via the web and/or to your door via courier – typcially comes with branded learning resources: guide books/manuals, videos, audios, slideshows and other relevant tools on the subject/topic. Recipient would also have access to email, phone, sms based support from me).

B. A group learning event (Face to face event for a minimum of 5 paid participants – each person gets the full home study package)

C. A private coaching program (Face to face event for an individual – s/he gets the full home study package)

Apart from their contrasting modes of implementation, the above 3 options also differ significantly in terms of required investment – with “A” being lowest and “C” highest.

PS: The most common requests I’ve gotten have been to learn MS Excel-VB programming – especially with regard to Automated Payslips Generation…AND how to generate Passive/Residual Income Streams

However if the numbers of people saying YES to attend continues to grow, we may have to move down to the Sherryville Arcade (opposite First Bank).

That venue is a little further down the same road and on the same side as Tantalizers. I’ve used the arcade several times in the past.
