Majority of people don’t really understand the concept that Les Brown has described in this presentation that he did. But, for those who are really serious minded about succeeding in life – it doesn’t matter what area of endeavour you’re in – you’ll find out that these things he has said are the truths that will become apparent to you, as you pursue success, you understand.
And you’ll – once you key in to your vision – you’ll find out that it becomes much easier to carry on and not bother about whether or not people are poking fun at you and telling you it’s taking too long, because nobody can tell you how long it should take.
Like I said somewhere, I said, you cannot allow people to give up on your behalf. If you are doing something, and you’re convinced about it. keep going at it. You don’t have to let others tell you what to do and how long you should do it for.
Just focus and you’ll achieve your objective. It’s just a matter of time. The philosophy of success is universal. It doesn’t matter what part of the world you’re from. It doesn’t matter what your skin colour is, it will always work.
I’m living proof of it. I have gone through…EVERYTHING Les Brown said in there, I have experienced it at my own level. We all have different levels of success. I’ve experienced it as I’ve told so many people that have connected with me over the last fifteen, twenty years.
I did not experience poverty as a child. I experienced poverty as an adult parent to children. It’s the worst kind of – in my opinion – you know when you’re experiencing poverty as a child, the responsibility to provide for yourself is not on you, you understand. When you’re experiencing poverty as an adult that has kids, it’s a completely different experience, alright?
The reality is so damning, It’s so devastating. So, not only can you not feed yourself, or feed yourself adequately, you also cannot provide for those you have chosen to give birth to. It’s crazy, to listen to your child tell you s/he is hungry, and you cannot provide.
That’s why what Les Brown says here is worth listening to. Please play it again.
It goes without saying that today, the kind of success I’m enjoying, working from home, serving clients locally and internationally – doing something that most people can only just imagine – earning income that is way above what many people take home for the month when they go out to work, from morning till night.
The success I enjoy now, is the result of all the hard work I put in, inspite of the exposure to adversity, difficulty, delays, setbacks, disappointments and the stuff that, all the stuff that Les Brown described – do you understand?
So, that message he preaches there – believe me, it’s one of the messages that’s kept me going, along with others, from people like Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, John Maxwell, Burt Dubin, you know, Jim Rohn. So many great guys like that.
Reading their works – their words were really a true source of inspiration. Their stories of achievement were things that really built me up. And that’s how I was able to survive and then evolve myself into the machine that I am today.
So, my ability to earn income today, my competence at doing what I’m doing, to the extent that people pay me so well for what I do today, is the result of implementing the ideas that Les Brown has shared with you in THIS video. That’s why I urge you to please listen to it with attention, and practise what he has said there.
