Apart from the actual screenshot video clip showing the wonderful MTN menu – for the umpteenth time! – miraculously forcing me to borrow over N2,500.0 when I NEVER chose ANY option related to that service, this video also features playback of recordings of phone calls I made to MTN Support this past week.
I have lost count of how many times in the past, that I have called MTN Support to complain about this literal booby trap in their *312# menu system.
My goal for posting this video is to formally call them out, since they have refused to do the needful and STOP making me spend money on services I DID NOT REQUEST.
I also intend to take PRACTICAL steps AFTER this, to protect myself from further exploitation.
