Great Mentor,
You are really a great mentor. your principles are real and they work. Since the beginning of this year alot of things have happened.
Top among them is the writing of assessment tests for our new line–Line 7. Out of 256 candidates, 75 were selected and out of the 75, 8 technicians were selected to go abroad for training of which I was among. We’ve been to Germany, stayed for 3weeks and now we are back.
Each step I’ve taken ever since you left has been with at least one word from you. It is as if you knew before time the steps and so you left at least a word for each.
For the present step, I remember very well what you said–the reward for hard work is more work. This you said just before you went to act as the production manager…What has happened so far, was firmly placed in me the last time I visited you…text deleted
But I believe you know it has not been easy. The road has been rough and in the roughness is our fineness made. In the toughness is our strength revealed. I remember one of your words-the man who is weak in trials is weak indeed and the man who is strong, who perseveres during tough times is actually strong.
These are what is keeping me going. You sent me a web address for prof. exams. That is still intact and will come up in due course. Expectin(g) to hear from you soon.

Best wishes, Emma

Hi,
My name is Tayo Solagbade, and I'm a Location Independent Multipreneur, with a bias for developing and implementing custom Performance Improvement Solutions for individuals and businesses - especially in the Farming Industry.
Now, what I introduce on this page is something I don't bother to mention much when I interact with even those I consider potential clients.
But it's ALWAYS there for any career persons who aspire to excel as high-flyers in the companies they work for.
I mean my Spontaneous Coaching™ for Mastery of Adversity (& Personal/Career Success Achievement)!
Yes. My coaching program helps career persons "EXCEL" at the highest levels in the workplace, just like I did - right from the time I was deployed to my first job in Guinness Benin Brewery as a green-horned brewer in 1995, till I quit to start my own business 7 years later, after functioning in senior management roles (click here to view PDF details).
When I arrived Guinness Benin, rather than simply settle in like the others and focus on "brewer: duties, for which I'd been employed and trained ...I went out of my way to do a LOT more such as:
a. Use my self-taught computer and spreadsheet programming skills to ADD major value in the different departments I worked.
I transformed manual data recording and report generation routines that lasted hours and even took days, by building custom automated apps that got readily adopted for formal use.
b. Actively apply my creative thinking skills and ENERGY AFTER work hours (when my shift closed) to come up with and - often single handedly implement - workplace performance improvement ideas I had.
The recognition from senior management came rapidly, and in less than 3 months, I was already working directly with the brewery head, in his office, while my colleagues were back in their departments.
Within a short period of 6 years, I'd built a reputation as a relentless problem solver and positive change agent...and the rewards came in form of career advancement opportunities of all kinds.
Below: Screen shot of my 9th December 2013 blog post titled "How to Achieve Success in ANY Field(True Story)" that's earned over 24k views in less than 2 years.
*Note the emphasis on ANY field. I'm living proof that this is possible. Once you fully grasp the fundamental principles, and diligently adhere to the right philosophies, your success WILL be inevitable in ANY area of endeavour you venture - regardless of how daunting the adversity you encounter is. Period.
You'll agree with me that such massive number of views for the above post is indicative of the degree of popularity of that article's contents.
My growing success in business, and the attention I enjoy for my ideas on how to achieve entrepreneurial success. provide proof that I've been able to transit from career success in paid employment to excelling in business.
At the risk of sounding immodest, THAT is good reason for YOU to take ME seriously when I offer to share my insights on how to succeed!
FACT: My clients and associates in business acknowledge my proficiency...
A. Burt Dubin (www.speakingsuccess.com) is President of Personal Achievement Institute, Arizona, USA , and for decades has been a mentor to some of the world’s highest paid speakers. He latest book titled “Bust Loose” is now selling on Amazon.com.
Note that he clocked ninety-one years old earlier in 2015. Here are 2 email feedback messages (from 2015 & 2013) he sent me:
B. Patrick Meninga gained Internet fame for building a blog that earned thousands of US Dollars via Google Adsense for years, and then selling off the blog for $200,000.0 US Dollars – an amazing achievement that catapulted him to instant celebrity status.
After listening to one of MANY interviews he granted, which was conducted by Yaro Starak (another big name), I transcribed the entire audio into a text based PDF version. I then sent complimentary copies to Patrick and Yaro, and began offering it as a FREE download from my website.
Below are screen shots showing his responses, and actions he took.
C. Barr. Arnold Nana Kouayep, President of Cotonou based Global Konsult Group (see photo below), in a a Facebook post, about the arrival of his new book... which I helped him ghost-write and self-publish...
D. My former bosses, colleagues and subordinates from back in paid employment (some of whom have TODAY connected with me on Facebook, over a decade after we lost contact!)...also agree.
“Tayo, I honestly believe you are one of those who will succeed at anything he does. Your commitment and effort has been outstanding….Thanks for all your hard work since I’ve been here – you will be sorely missed. I don’t need to wish you good luck, you have the ability to make your own luck. – Andy”(R. Jones)*
*Operations Manager, Guinness Nigeria Plc Benin Brewery, December 2001 (Handwritten comments in farewell/xmas cards sent to Tayo Solagbade following his resignation to start his own business).

Subject: Greetings from Benin!!!!
Uncle (Tayo),
Greetings to you from your boy. How are you doing?…All
is well here in Benin and everybody is really been bugged again by this ISO audit thing.
All the same you have set a standard, that nobody will dare to go below. I really miss
you sir, your words of encouragement, your pressures, your drive, your humor and
every thing about you. But in consolation, I try so hard to follow your footsteps, which
I have been doing little by little, and I am sometimes amazed at the things I do.
…I look
up to you, and really desire to someday dedicate a major success in my life to you, for
the little while I spent with you has been a turning point in my life. I will always be grateful to you.
Keep the flag flying sir. Regards
Osas

Today, I offer Performance Improvement Coaching for interested persons who want to excel inspite of ANY adversity they may encounter in a bid to succeed in either paid or self-employment.
But like I said, I don't bother to mention it much. My target market is a place filled with too much noise from pretenders claiming to offer the same thing. Trying to get heard over the noise would amount to ADDING to it!
So, instead, I let MY actions speak for me. Even as an entrepreneur, my work ethic and the results I get make clients and others I meet ask me the same thing I got asked A LOT while I worked in paid employment:
"Tayo, what is the secret?"
When they ask that question, it's effectively an open invitation for me to TELL them what I can do for them as different from what they have seen around or heard about...
Here's some of what I say to them...:
"Well, there is NO secret. Only a philosophy to which EVERY aspiring success achiever in the workplace MUST commit him/herself to.
Those I have coached, who did what I told them, got the results they desired.

Final Words: Clients tell me that time they spend with me often turns out quite beneficial in terms of what they learn...
I estimate that 90% of the time, those I work with as clients end up becoming good friends, who go on to see me as worthy of being part of their private lives.
If they did not believe I had added value to them, they would not want to stay connected with me in that manner!
Do YOU want to become a high-flyer, to be held in high regard, and valued by others in the same manner - or even better?
If YES, click here to submit a request for a Need Analysis Consultation Session withme..
