You no doubt know that public speaking is what people do when they run webinars and other forms of online training\/coaching.<\/p>\n

I however argue that at a point, depending on the kind of brand you're building, and your purpose, you may want (even NEED) to put a face to your \"name\" by giving talks in person i.e standing physically BEFORE your audience, and not behind a computer.<\/em><\/p>\n

This happens to be the case for me, especially\u00a0as I am now implementing my long standing dream (conceived from 2013 when I first arrived Cotonou), of running my own product\/service Travel Website\u00a0 - which is now taking shape and form at www.discovercotonou.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

One evening on Tuesday 3rd March, I arrived the office of a multidisciplinary client company in Cotonou, Benin Republic, for a meeting with the CEO and members of his team.<\/div>\n

That outing lasted approx. 5 hours, during which time we discussed how to use promotional materials from a groundbreaking beauty pageant event they were organizing, to take their web marketing to the next level, so as to better create client attracting awareness.<\/div>\n

He rose from Shift Brewer to Training & Technical Development Manager, and later acted in senior roles as Production Manager and Technical Manager.<\/p>\n

In addition to constantly challenging the status quo and influencing positive work changes, he built a reputation for using self-taught spreadsheet programming skills (starting with Lotus 1-2-3, and later moving to Excel Visual Basic) - in his spare time - to develop Automated Spreadsheet Applications to computerize manual report generation processes in the departments he worked.\u00a0Over four(4) of his applications were adopted for brewery level reporting.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Tayo holds a B.Sc degree in Agricultural Extension Services from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, having graduated top of his class - with Second Class Upper Division honors - in 1992.
